Finding A Home – Be The First to Know!
This is the exciting part! We will send you MLS listings in real time so that you are the first to know and don’t miss out. We also have access to unlisted properties through our extensive database of past clients and contacts. This means you will be the first to know about unlisted properties too!
Inspect
A home inspection can occur before making an offer or after. We have a well vetted list of independent licensed home inspection companies that we can recommend. We will even take care of making all the arrangements so that you don’t have to. If any issues are uncovered in the inspection, we will lean on our experience to provide you with honest advice and strategies on how to best move forward.
Pre-Closing Care + Legal Matters
After the sale, we will monitor and inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement.
